Buddhists practice meditation, which is a way developing more positive states of the mind that are characterized by calm, concentration, awareness and emotions. Buddhism is not learning about strange belief, its about looking and thinking about our own lives. It shows us how to cope with our problems and understand ourselves. Happiness is not what most people suppose it to be. Circumstances have little to do with happiness. The way of thinking equates problems with unhappiness. Buddha knew what was in the hearts of children and human kind. He taught everyone a happy and peaceful life. Growth is important. Life changes constantly. The ability to grow with these changes is real happiness.
